Customer self-inspection

Upload a walk-around video, record what you notice, and download a report with sampled photos. Your observations are labelled as self-reported. Independent review and automated damage analysis are not included in this self-inspection.

After payment, tap View Report. Copy the code shown after REF at the top of your report or its PDF. You can also start your inspection from that report page, where this field is filled in for you.

Included with a completed paid report. Upload within 24 hours; your private report link lasts 30 days. Save your PDFs to keep them.

Need a VIN report first? Check a VIN. A report reference lets you start a new inspection; it never unlocks someone else’s footage.

This documents visible evidence. It does not establish accident, theft or ownership history, hidden damage or mechanical condition. Arrange a qualified physical inspection before purchase.
